2008: A high motor linebacker with a great nose for the football. Darius makes plays all over the field from his mack inebacker position.

College: Leak was selected to the Black College Sports Network (BASN's) 2006 Black College Preseason All-American Team and theCDS Division I-AA Preseason All-American Team. Keen football instincts give him an uncanny ability to be around the ball. His speed and quickness allows him to string plays wide. Leak played a major role in the improvement of MSU’s defensive unit. While at MSU, Leak was selected to the All-MEAC 2nd Team as a junior in 2005. He ranked No. 2 in the MEAC in tackles, led the team with 117 tackles (66 solo) and he also ranked No. 7 in the MEAC in tackles for loss (12.5 TFLs). Leak transferred from the University of Connecticut where he then led the Morgan State Deep Creek Hornets to a 14-1 record and finished as State runners-up in 2001. Leak played at the linebacker and fullback positions and was an All-State and All-Tidewater selection and played in the Virginia vs. Maryland All-Star Game.
